How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Buyer Vevor Waffle Maker
2P N
There was an issue with top part of waffle maker . When making waffle , the top lyer was about 5 mm away on the front compare to bottom . it is not seller fault , the hole for hinge was drilled incorrectly , and after seller suggestion to readjust hinge i was still not able to fix it . The only solution was to drill bigger hole on one of the hinge part .
Very slow customer service so be patient , but in the end they were helpful . We found solution.
Machine still working and making nice waffles .
