Despite some reviews I can say Vevor UK were brilliant communicating to my questions before I purchased the laser tube and by keeping under the _130 limit on the UK customs, the goods arrived in 3 days, well packaged and all as described - replaced the old tube and laser cutter up and running as new. Very happy customer.

Products great. Cost is a lot and then finding out you have to pay more is quite a shock. Product works excellently cutting and engraving on woods and plastics.

Laser showed up in a wooden box with lots of padding well secured and with no cracks or breaks within the glass well worth the money

Worked great for about 2 hours of use, then cracked at the cathode. I never exceed 70% power and have propper cooling with distilled water.Update:Customer service has been awesome. They are sending me out a replacement. I will update again once it arrives and I can run it a bit.

My old tube was firing many beams at once and you can't cut or engrave that way. I replaced the tube very easily and we are back up and running.
