La compre hace un mes y 20 dias y no ña pude usar se le dañaron los piñones escribí para ver si tiene garantía y nadien respondió solo le metí una masa y se daño el piñón yñle cambie el repuesto y no duro una jornada

Junk. Never buy again from this company. Communication is limited to a script and it looks like they don't understand the issue... it is a bad designed pizza dough roller.

This is Trash item waste of money they send me look like used item and every side of the item is beat up very disproportionate don’t recommended to anyone look somewhere this is not what u want to invest.

its not working properly the dough its in required size machine works in reverse style

Little disappointed no speed adjustment and doesn't make a circled pie crust more like an oblong oval

Worked pretty well for 3-4 months. It is very difficult to clean and dough can get trapped in between the rollers. One roller stopped working and we contacted support. They requested we send a video or a picture of the problem. Their solution was to send a part and a video of how to fix it. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t cover the actual piece needed to be fixed. There really isn’t a way to get broken items fixed unless you can do it yourself. I can’t recommend.

The top rollers are making a noise

Received the item damaged in shipping. Instead of being packed in a crate it was shrink wrapped with no protection. Bent knobs and screws everywhere. Bits of plastic from the gears dropping from the rollers destined to end up in the dough. The unit was obviously returned previously. No satisfaction from customer support. Instead of a return and refund they expect me to make repairs. Horrible customer support. Don't buy from this vendor.
