Very disappointed with this company ordered a ultrasonic record cleaner waited 3 week before I called waited another 2 weeks nothing arrived shipping said it had left Sydney for perth and that was it ! Rang the courier who said we would look into it and contact me with the result ,rang again a week later still no reply on delivery rang the company I purchased from couldn’t answer questions so refunded my money , still no show on the article s . Ended up ordering one through kogan and it arrived a week later and that was supplied by this company! Will not be ordering again from here too unreliable for their delivery service

Il est indiqué dans le descriptif que la cuve est en acier inoxydable, or ce matériau ne devrait normalement pas rouiller. Pourtant, je l’ai achetée il y a moins d’un mois et j’ai déjà de la rouille qui apparaît dès sa 1er utilisation au fond de la cuve... Cela prouve bien qu’il ne s’agit pas d’inox, ou alors d’un inox de très mauvaise qualité. J'ai fait une demande de SAV il y a 5jours mais toujours aucun retour...

Unit was a waste of money and my time, blows the breaker in my electrical panel as soon as its turned on, can't seem to get any technical assistance, very frustrated with this purchase, and i have yo be approved to return it

L'appareil ne fonctionne pas et ne s'allume pas. Le service après-vente me propose 30€ de remboursement pour cette appareil qui vaut 106€ . Je leur ai juste demander un renvoi et un remboursement. C'est inadmissible!!

Auf Nachfrage beim "Kundenservice-Team" habe ich mehrfach die gleiche E-Mail erhalten. Auf mein eigentliches Problem wurde nicht eingegangen. Das "Ding" ist so extrem laut, da fehlen mir echt die Worte. Als Antwort erhielt ich folgendes: Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank für Ihre Kontaktaufnahme mit dem VEVOR Support Center. Die Reinigungsmaschine ist eine Industrieanlage und erzeugt daher relativ laute Geräusche. Dies liegt hauptsächlich an ihren technischen Eigenschaften. Sie erzeugt etwa 40.000 Geräusche pro Sekunde, wenn die hochfrequenten Vibrationen der Wassermoleküle auf die zu reinigenden Gegenstände und den Edelstahl-Innentank treffen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung und Ihr Verständnis. Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Have used it once leaked water all over my Bench when I come in the next day not happy for what it cost

Product tub rusted from inside after only 1 month. I only had straight water in it.

I was basically sold a bunch of junk that was not the same as what was illustrated. Steel parts had been replaced with plastic.. there was no information on how to assemble it. Basically, they are repurposing an ultrasonic cleaner for records. Really unprofessional.

I used it about five times and it start to throw out the circuit breaker. There was any water inside electronic.

The ultrasonic cleaner I bought brand new was dead on arrival. I've notified both the courier en Vevor and both haven't answered me whatsoever. So fuck these guys, don't buy their literal crap, if it breaks during shipment they won't even answer you. It was probably broken from the get go though, I at the very least won't be a customer of yours.
