Poor customer service.
Impersonal manner of dealing with customers who need to return an item. The conversation with a chat box was repetitive, bureaucratic, and obstructive to obtaining a simple return label. It is clear that the customer is discouraged from returning an item for refund Even when the customer understands that the return postage is not being covered.

It wasn't delivered, I had the hardest time getting a hold of anyone to help me, then it never happened, I was refunded, I'm 64 yr old disabled I don't always get to ride my mobility scooter in all places, so I ordered a foldable portable walker with armrests, which would have been very useful and convenient, oh well, next times the charm, have a great day 🙏
