It is hard for me to know how to grade this product. I purchased it for a framed map and had to cut it down. It arrived on time in a slightly damaged packaged. When I was ready to assemble to frame (qbout 2 weeks after the item arrived) and removed to protective covering, there was a stellate crack. I have no way of knowing whether the crack happened during shipping or while I was working with it.
