These are actually some really great pans they turned out to be very nice we use them for our catering company and I was really pleased with the product

Nice product. Came on time. I found a spoon and a tong in each box.Thanks for the gift!!There are plastic around the pans...very hard to take off.I ordered 8 of them. 4 of them are slightly bigger then other 4. So it too while to find it out as they have to be accurate for crewing the right stand with the right gas holder.I have used it already. I find its the best serving set for parties as i didnt had to warm food over and over again. It looks gorgeous when food is served but not delicate to handle.

We used them for our wedding last month and 8 Quarts was big enough to hold about 45 tamales!!! These were very nice and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

These are good quality and have the professional classic appearance I wanted. I also really liked that it came with half size hotel pans for the inserts.

I purchased six of the chafing sets for my backyard party. Although there no instructions, no diagrams, no pictures included, it was an easy set up - two screws for handle and two screws for plate that holds the burners. Only concern is few of the base pans were slightly bent on one corner. Not sure if this was intended to easily pour out water after use, but no big deal because the serving pan covers it up. Overall, my husband and I are pleased with this purchase.
