With any piece of hardware that has many different uses, its best practice to ensure that the directions are more clear. Installing a complex shelving system should include more than 8 pictures with little insight. Overall not bad, but I can see where someone without the tools or knowhow would struggle indefinitely.

Came in broken, we are remodeling a kitchen and needed this project done asap, they are also taking forever to just send me a label to return the product and get a refund!!!!!! I am very disappointed and will not be recommending this store!!!!
