I purchased this 100% because it is called an undercarriage washer. As an undercarriage washer, I would think the primary objectives would be to stand back and spray upwards. Maybe upwards a couple different angles. The operator should be able to use this in a comfortable position. Sadly, this unit is not set up the best for that. It is more set up for cleaning floors. I’ve never had any trouble spraying my floors, patio or concrete drive. Give me something that sprays from the ground up in a comfortable position!!! That’s all I want. REDESIGN IT!!

You might as well just use a hose pipe.

Leaks from the bottom of the hose. Also I bought that particular mode because it is advertised as rated 4500psi, more than most. However it came with a manual stating max of 3800psi. Which may be why it leaks. Finally I bought a pressure washer from vevor at the same time, and this one came damaged from shipping, requiring me to remachine the wheel axle hole. I left a 3 star review there, was contacting by vevor after sale team to « make it right » but they completely disappeared and closed the ticket with no solution offered. Not happy overall, I will buy somewhere next time.

Sprayer nozzles do not have enough pressure to clean as expected. Good for spraying off mud under vehicle. Not ideal for cleaning sidewalk.

You place an order with the company and they ship you the wrong product… it takes days to have it cleared up with no resolution and no product. There is no customer service ( all you get are AI generated responses). No apologies and no attempt to correct their mistakes. I ordered a tool and I got a children’s lamp
