Fan grinds when it starts up. Installed on 18ft ceiling with scaffolding.
Called in for warranty issue (which I paid extra for). Was told I had to rent the scaffolding again, send back then they would send replacement.
This would require me to rent the scaffolding twice more which would be more than what I spent on the fan.
I asked for some time to reserve scaffolding, I then got multiple emails telling me they were closing the ticket if I didn’t send the defective fan in.
Ultimately I gave up and am eating the cost for the defective fan.
Certainly wouldn’t suggest anyone to purchase

Had my 2 fans installed by an electrician. A week later on 04/04/26 on a Saturday when I really needed them 1 of the fans stopped working. Called the electrician back and he tested them and he told me it's the fan because I have power. I spent allot of money to have an electrician put new electricity specifically just for the fans. I contacted Vevor and only got a live chat, I'm still waiting for a solution. I'm not Happy.

Parts are not fitting to other ,Ispend 2 hours to readjust and some drilling was necessary

Jason Fan does not work
243 cm Brushed Nickel 8 Aluminum Blades
The fan was installed and worked for about 30 minutes. It then stopped. After a little while it would turn on again then stop. Now it just beeps and will not work.

96 inch fan Not performing as expected
I installed it in my garage 16ft height and you barely notice the air movement. It has supposedly 6 speed but all of them are pretty much the same. Engine of this fan is not powerful enough. I installed it with a 10/2 home run cable directly to the panel so I know voltage or amp drops are not the issue. I wish I could return it but takes a lot to assemble an dissemble so not worth it. For now its a decorative piece on the roof
