Warmer arrived timely as indicated upon purchase. Warmer takes a bit longer to heat towels than suggested, however it does heat the them thoroughly. Overall we love the product and would recommend!

Was pleasantly surprised. Never had a vevor product before and this towel warmed did not disappoint. Set up was simple. We set the timer for the morning, if I forget I just throw it in before jumping in the shower and it's nice and warm by the time I get out. Zero issues, decent price. We will be checking vevor for more products moving forward.

Absolute junk...takes foreever to warm ONE towel and even then barely warm. STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!! If I could give it no stars I would have

Aesthetically, this is decent looking. Functionality is something that needs work. Like most other reviewers have said, it doesn't get warm enough to justify paying electricity to run it. The fake "wooden" knobs are cheaply made as are the faux wooden legs. There's many other options that are far superior to this so save your money and buy a warmer that'll actually do what it advertises.

It was working for a good amount of time to warm up the towels then one day it stoped working and I was going back to ask for an exchange but I couldn’t because it was over the time when I bought it now it just sits in my garage

I bought this for my mother on her 100th birthday. She loves it to heat her lightweight blankets and towels after she showers. The only thing I’d change is the size of the warmer. It definitely doesn’t work for four bath towels, nor does it warm more than a couple of smaller towels. It’s still a worthwhile purchase for my mother but I wouldn’t buy it again. I’d look for a larger receptacle with better heat output.

Somewhat large and clumsy for a small bathroom. Not impressed.

Pro: + Still "works" after almost a year of daily use. The kids like the warm/hot towels. + Easy to use. Power on > set time. Cons: - Capacity could fit about 3 children's towels or 1 adult towel. - There are 4 clips inside to hold towels and they always fall off. We leave them at the bottom to avoid losing them. - Towels will not get warm if over stuffed much like a clothes dryer. You'll have some cold spots if there isn't enough room. - The cord organization is at the bottom and you have to flip it over to pull the power cord out and is too much of a hassle to always put it away.

Terrible smell on the inside that’s hard to get out. Unsure it was previously used or stored wrong. I cleaned it. The heating works great, love it. Size is perfect for a towel and pajamas.
