Die Zahnr?der sind sauber gefertigt und auch sachgerecht behandelt. Der Doppelsatz wurde allerdings etwas lieblos beim kleinen Zahnkranz geschliffen, daher ein Punkt Abzug. Sonst sehr gut.

The gears are nice but need some cleanup which was expected. The keyway is 4mm which I don't see noted in the description. My machine has 3mm keys so I had to make a stepped key and fit them to my shafts. So they are not just plug and play unless you have 4mm keyways in your current machine. The gears ran nicely though once fitted properly for the price if you are capable of working with them.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I bought these for my 7x14 mini lathe. It came with plastic gears and one was already cracked when I got the lathe. This set includes all of the gears you'll need to replace your plastic gears including the two-speed gearset inside the headstock.Fit and finish isn't fantastic. The bore is slightly undersized so you'll have to lightly hone it to git your shafts. The teeth are sharp and have burrs. I cleaned them up with a wire wheel on my bench grinder and that really helped.This kit includes the timing belt gears and timing belt which fits the two-speed lathes. The belt lengths and drive gear are different on the two-speed lathes and those parts won't work if you have a single speed. The motor-side timing belt pulley is not keyed nor does it have a set screw. You'll need to find a way to secure it to your motor shaft. I drilled and tapped a set screw.You should note that these are noisy. Much more so than the plastic gears. I've included a video showing them running on my lathe. I would definitely buy these again regardless of fit and finish.

Ottimo. Acquistati per il mio mini tornio clone del c2, a prezzo ottimo. Sono realizzati e rifiniti per bene, compatibili al 100% con gli originali in plastica. Qualcuno necessita di un leggero allargamento del foro centrale.

All seem to fit fairly well. Had to file a little to fit one. Otherwise a pretty good set of gears.
