This is a great product. It really helps on unloading large skids in trailers that can't get to a loading dock.

It's easy to use and works as expected. We haven't tried it on anything over 1800 lbs yet, but so far so good. Just watch your fingers - it's easy to pinch them.

Bought this to pull low profile pallets out of a 53 dry van. I don_ have a dock so I have to use a pallet jack to bring pallets to the back and for some reason the pallets of rubber Mulch I get in aren_ normal height. So.... it won_ fit. Using a chain and strap to pull pallets is a disaster waiting to happen.This pallet puller worked perfect. Grabs on to the middle support and holds on all the way to the back of the truck!

Pulls pallets with ease, I use it on daily basis.
