Not only can you make French fries with it. You can lay the slices back in the press and dice it or use a knife.To make larger diced hash Browns or to use in a cheesy potato casserole.

After purchasing the plastic dicer I was a little Skeptical. After using this I_ very happy with the commerical version. I dice vegetables for almost every meal and this thing saves me loads of time. Perfect size veggies to. Little difficult to clean but still worth it.
