This item was very poor quality.And now makes sense why it was so much lower than other stores.Upon realizing, this stand was unsteady, I reached out to customer service because I wanted to return the item.They would not accept the return.Even with the requested video that showed the bar not tightening and holding stable, all I was offered was a partial refund of twenty six dollars.And no real help I now have an item that's not going to be used.That wasn't returned and should fit the quality for returns.As it is not effectively stable to use. Essentially, this item is worth no more to me than giving it away for free.Since it's such a low quality, anyone who truly plays this instrument would not buy this.
