Very good little machine a few screws came loose but nothing a few spring washers wouldn't fix seller was very helpful

Excellent bit of kit once loose fittings had been secured and collet chuck refitted. Instructions for installation of software were very indistinct but once resolved all ok.

The machine is really very nice. It comes fully equipped and functional. You only need something to put the water in and you need a computer with USB.It comes with ER11 3mm collet and a few bits.The spindle is very nice and quiet, the machine bed is heavy and looks strong.I have already tested on wood and if you keep the settings on reasonable levels, the results are pretty good.I recommend with both hands!

Prodotto funzionale come da descrizione.Venditore che ha saputo risolvere un problema in tempi rapidissimi, quindi assistenza veramente ottima.Arriva praticamente assemblata in tutto, restano solo i motori da fissare poi pronta all'uso.

No tiene manual de instrucciones ,asi que hay que hacer las cosas con tutoriales de youtube

Arrivata una settimana prima e completa di tutte le parti, imballo oknon sono presenti gli occhiali, ma in compenso presente il mandrino ER11,il montaggio semplice, va effettuato con cura, senza fretta e risulta divertente anche per conoscere la cnc in tutte le sue parti, il software compreso adatto per lo scopo, semplice di configurazione,richiede per un programma di conversione file non presente (sul web ce ne sono diversi tutti free)chiaramente un prodotto a livello hobbistico ma personalmente l'ho trovata molto precisa,ottima comunicazione col fornitore

La macchina arrivata nei tempi indicata, arriva gi assemblata c solo da montare i motorini degli assi, e solida e ben costruita, viene fornita con mach 3 e i tecnici sono fantastici e reattivi, per errore ho modificato i parametri, mi hanno risposto dopo 5 minuti e di domenica risolvendo al volo il problema da me causato. Che dire, consigliatissimo

They were apologetic and helpful.The item was received earlier today. It was well packaged, and all items present. A minor amount of assembly is required (just bolting the 3 axis motors), and connecting the controller. Software was a breeze to install. A sturdy well built machine, and well worth it. Looking forward to some creativity.
