Au déballage, la tête a un jeu très important. Aide Vevor inefficace. Heureusement, j'ai fini par trouver une vidéo Youtube qui évoque un réglage par les 2 vis noires, indispensable pour mon exemplaire. Mais ensuite, sur du grès cérame de 9 mm les carreaux 60 x 60 se coupent souvent avec une déviation de plusieurs centimètres en bout de course : beaucoup de pertes inadmissibles. Sans parler des coupes en diagonale avec un échec sur 2! La machine se déformant, j'ai fixé l'avant et l'arrière ce qui a diminué un peu les loupés. Très déçu par cet appareil.

Ne l achetez pas c est de la merde et sav ne veut rien entendre même prouvé par vidéo que le rail de guidage est trop souple et qu on se coince les doigts en voulant couper les carreaux aucun retour de leur part ,site a fuir autant que possible

De geleiderails buigen gewoon naar boven waardoor je niet in de tegel kan snijden. Waardeloze aankoop.

No venía completo el producto al no traer los estabilizadores laterales, los cortes no son malos más dependen mucho de la práctica q tengas cortando cerámica. Para trabajos hogareños está bien aun así creo q puede mejorar mucho y ser más barato para lo q ofrece

There is a small indentation in the foam padding.

Could not get the laser to calibrate. Not easy to line up. Once lined up it cuts nicely.

The cutter is not square so the laser does not help. To make exact cut, it is necessary to place a tail checking whether the cutting wheel is placed on the top of the intended cut line on the one side of the tail, then on the other side so preparing for the cut takes time and adjustment. Beside of that, the video of the product and the manual attached to the product depict totally different version of the cutter (the real one does not have side supports and adjusted angle ruler). Customer service was not helpful at all so I did not get any replacement, I had to use what I got.

Board is flimsy and handle is too low. I can not cut any porcelain tile strip less than 2 in.
