Product came as expected. Very low noise when in operation. Easy assembly and set up process. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Ordered this (2.2kw) to replace another no-name brand of spindle. That spindle had .07mm runout at the collet taper, this one doesn't move my gauge at all. It's effectively zero. The coolant fittings and end caps are also much higher quality than my other spindle. The end cap looks billet rather than cast zinc or whatever my old one is made of. I have yet to start cutting, but I'll update this review when I do.

Die Spindel ist ok, Rundlauf auch

Eine sehr gute und leise Spindel mit ordentlich Kraft. Der Anschluss an ein Frequenzwandler ist einfach. 1 Stern ziehe ich ab, weil es keine Anleitung gibt und weil (f_ den Unerfahrenen) nicht ersichtlich ist, dass die Wasserk_lung nicht direkt eingebaut ist, also Pumpe, Ausgleichsbeh?lter usw. m_sen noch zus?tzlich gekauft werden m_sen. Ich h?tte zumindest eine interne Pumpe erwartet. Gro?es Manko und mE lebensgef?hrlich in unserem Verst?ndnis ist, dass der Stecker 3-polig (f_ die zwei bzw. vier Phasen) und somit kein Platz f_ die Schutzerde vorhanden ist. Das Geh?use kann also im allerschlimmsten Fall unter Strom stehen. Man muss also irgendwie die Erdung selbst an das Geh?use und dann an den Frequenzwandler (Erdanschluss) bringen.

I'm using this to replace a homemade spindle on a DIY CNC mill/router. So far so good, I've taken cuts in aluminum and plastic between 9000 and 15000 RPM. Using a 1-flute 6mm cutter I did 15,000 rpm, 30ipm, .1" step over .3" deep. It handled it flawlessly even with my not-that-stiff machine.One of the water ports seems to be rusting on the inside after only a few days of having water in it. The ground pin on the spindle wasn't connected to anything inside so I grounded it myself.

This is my second purchase in the KALL store.I thought I would receive _ 80mm 1,5kW but Anna sent me a _ 65mm 1,5kW.Small is beautiful.This small spindle is eager for tiuning - replacing the bearings with a quieter one.I suggest before the installation to unscrew the cover from the power side and re-assemble with an adhesive or gasket (I used silicone). Avoid getting water inside.I used the SAKO SKI780 2.2kW inverter for commissioning.Many thanks to Anna for help.Anna, thanks to your help, I always do safe shopping.Regards,Grzegorz

Was die Dimension angeht, Gr??er geht es nicht... im Umfang von 100mm ist es schwer eine vern_ftige Halterung zu bekommen. Die Spindel von 3KV ist super von ihrer Leistung, schafft nicht nur Holz auch Metall und ist Wassergek_lt,
