The machine is solid. However, getting it assembled will take serious time. None of the hardware bags were labeled and the instructions were on a piece of paper that were nearly unreadable. A video was included, but is the same generic one as many found YouTube. The first thing I did was place three boxes on the floor and separate all the matching hardware. Once that was done, I watched the video and through trial and error eventually figured out where everything goes..... I think. As far as working, the first shirt I did, turned out great. The next few were terrible. Pretty sure the problem is me and not the machine.FYI: the machines is really large and extremely heavy, so you would need lots of space and help if you are going to move it. Also, you need some kind of tack spray to hold the t-shirts on the platforms. The top that holds the screen rotates, but the bottom does not. If you are going to be doing serious jobs, you may need to look at a machine that rotates at the bottom too. Otherwise, you will have to move your dryer to each shirt as the color is added.
