This vest has been great. I wear it almost daily walking and jogging with my dogs. So far I am up to 16 lbs. and slowly increasing the weight. It is really nice and easy to increase and decrease the weight.

Very nice waited vest. Came with all weights inside vest just needed to remove to get to the starting weight of 11lbs and then I’ll work my way up. Feels nice quality. Snaps together on the sides and has straps to tighten to fit more comfortably to fit your body size. Good value for money. Excited to use this vest more and more.

Very pleased with this, it’s great value, a lot cheaper than any others I’ve seen which is great because I wasn’t sure if I would like it. I’ve used it a couple of times while walking and it works well. The weights are easy to remove so I’ve taken all the removal ones out and I’ve been using it at its lightest weight of 5kg. I love the fact that I get more out of my walks without having to march!
