The product I ordered - a laser cutter machine - was defective. The issue was not the fault of the supplier, but of the manufacturer. Never-the-less Vcry responded quickly and professionally to my concerns. Top marks Bravo!

Have used for almost a year and no hiccups.Arived extreamlt well packaged and worked practically out the box (apart from conecting water pump/reservoir and exhaust). *shall mention onlt deionised water in the reservoir to prevent damaging the laser tube*Id advise researching b4 buying as there are a few minor problems present in all these lasers, however they are easy to remidy. Mainly,Earth/ground- most important, screwd onto painted metal, just unscrew sand and replace to get good contact.Wires in extractor fan- not properly insulated, also qick fix.Exhast flue- waste of time, got a cheapy 6m for _3 localy.Cutting bed- Made my own but can buy hight adjustable ones too.AndSoftware- never bothered with it. Use inkscape to draw up svg's and prosesed them with k40 wisperer all free open source software.I also got a cheap airbrush compressor to act as air assist and printed a nozzle, this prevents fires and damage to the sensative laser lense.I knew what I was getting and so far continueing to enjoy using it.

Das Ger?t kam zwar defekt und unbrauchbar hier an.... aber die 5 Sterne gibt es trotzdem f_ den hervorragenden Kundendienst, Problemlose R_kabwicklung..das ist bestimmt nicht bei allen H?ndlern so. SUPER

das ger?t in seiner klasse funktioniertwenn man sicherheit und verarbeitung ernst nemen sollte, darf man diese maschiene nicht kaufen!!!!!!!weit weg von CEaber mit dem notwendigen technischen Verst?ndnis und umfangreichen umbau arbeiten ist ok.

Ok this is difficult to review. TLDR Good enough for me to contemplate buying another one from this buyer. Now that I've done some bits to it it's an awesome piece of equipment for the price. I'm happily cutting 3mm birch ply. Before you plug it in, sand down the paint to bare metal around the earth wire so it's metal on metal or you're going to get a shock at some point. A big one. Once that's done you are pretty much good to go. It was extremely well packaged and came with the m2 board and a 700mm laser tube. All fitted and glued nicely into place. I had to align the mirrors and bed but that's pretty standard and there are tons of tutorials on YouTube. I can't rate the software as I used k40 whisperer and inkscape which are both free programs. It was supposed to take two weeks to arrive but came in three days. Be aware you are buying a budget laser. If you keep that in mind it's an absolute bargain. Temperature gauge wasn't connected but a bit of solder and it was sorted. If you can build an Ikea flat pack you'll be able to prepare and service this machine with a few online tutorials.

Ich selbst habe vor dem Kauf l?ngere Recherchen im Internet und Youtube (Suche nach "K40 LASER") gemacht und habe die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht - mein LASER kam und ich habe mehrere Stunden den Strahlengang justiert, bis er im vollen Arbeitsbereich den Strahl auf das Werkst_k gebracht hat. Auch so kleinere "Zicken" infolge nicht festgezogener elektrischer Klemmen habe ich dann beseitigt. Das Ger?t tut wenn es mal "fliegt" genau das, was es soll. Ich habe bereits nach kurzer Zeit tolle Ergebnisse auf Sperrholzplatten mit Gravur und Schnitt bekommen...A B E R - das Ding ist f_ den Preis super preiswert ausgestattet - also very Basic ohne Abschaltung f_ den LASER-Strahl, wenn man die Klappe aufmacht!!! Auch die 3 Spiegel-Aufnahmen sind zwar mit allen Freiheitsgraden ausgestattet, aber echt nervig bei der Justage des Strahlengangs - 1 Woche sp?ter habe ich die Spiegel herausgenommen und gereinigt - danach war alles hoffnungslos dejustiert, obwohl die Stellschrauben nicht angefasst wurden...Ich habe nun ein anderes Set Spiegelhalterungen gekauft und baue dann mal die Anlage um.Es fehlt f_ gute Ergebnisse noch ein "Air-Assist" (Druckluftd_e) und ein h?henverstellbarer Tisch, damit man die Grenze von 4-6 mm Materialdicke _erschreiten kann.Also wenn man guten mechanischen und elektrisch/elektronischen Hintergrund hat, ist das Invest absolut unschlagbar. Weitere Umbauten um daraus eine echt brauchbare Maschine zu machen sind aus meiner Sicht aber erforderlich.Mein Ger?t programmiere ich mit InkScape und K40Whisperer (die mitgelieferte SW habe ich aufgrund diverser Empfehlungen weggelassen) - das geht echt super und die SW-Pakete sind kostenfrei.Auch der Kauf einer passenden Schutzbrille f_ CO2-LASER ist sicherlich nicht verkehrt.
