Customer Reviews for VEVOR 47 Inch Tile Cutter Single Rail Double Brackets Manual Tile Cutter 3/5 in Cap with Precise Laser Manual Tile Cutter Tools for Precision Cutting Suitable for Porcelain and Ceramic Floor Tiles

The cutter is a piece of work and the customer service makes impossible to send feedback. I want my money back and don’t know how.

Never buy anything from this site take your money don't provide any thing. I bought a tile cutter and never received the cutter can't get my money back I'm trying so hard to get my hard earned money from these scammer and no result don't buy anything from them ,

Bought for a tile renovation , runs off centre from bottom to top about 5mm it's rubbish had to loan a friend's sigma tile cutter that's 10 yrs old and cuts perfect. Couldn't see any way to adjust this crap

I have used one of these cutters a few years ago and it worked OK. Purchased this one and am very disappointed. Laser will not get closer than 1/8 inch out on 2 feet. Front and rear plates came out if square, plate bolts will not losen and just spins so no way to adjust plate. Rear screw behind laser plate seems stripped and will not tighten. Lots of issues. Purchased directly from the company because delivery time was faster than Amazon and it was needed for a project. Now will not have a cutter in time and am waiting for a reply from customer service. Highly disappointed to say the least. Never was able to even try the cutting wheel because of all the other issues.
