The assembly is impossible. The metalwork is so poor that most pieces do not fit. Screws require way too much force for it to be natural, one of the threads has metal in it so it can't be screwed in, and the actual press is too big to fit on it. Also, the instructions are some of the worst I've ever seen.Edit: the store has kindly helped me resolve some issues by offering professional installation or a partial refund to by equipment to fix it

The instruction were pretty straight forward to complete. There was a lot of little styrofoam pieces stuck statically all over the build but simply wiping it off and blowing them off was no big deal. I started using the screen printer right away. Its very affordable to start screen printing just as well as the higher up models that run 10x more expensive than this. Its durable. Love that its portable. Fits in my small garage. Ill be using this for years to come.

I would highly recommend. Super easy to put together. And this company has the best costumer service.

Using the product to design t-shirts

Great product so far. Assembly was super simple despite the garbage assembly instructions. Other reviews that I read prior to purchasing had stated that the quality of construction was poor with misaligned holes and missing parts, but I experienced none of that. The quality actually exceeded my expectations. Quite sturdy. However, it did come with additional parts that were not included in the instructions. It was fairly easy to figure out what they were for. Use instructions would_e been nice (like how to make adjustments to platen or set a screen impression) though it_ not that difficult to figure out, just would_e saved some time.

I purchased a a gift for my mother who is starting a small vinyl business. She is quite pleased with the purchase. I was impressed with the swing away feature ( which I do not have on my press) and considered purchasing one for myself!

I received my heat press and I have been a T-shirt/canvas bag making queen since I opened the package. The package arrive with no damage. The instruction sheet IS vague and came with a hole right in the center but It took me about two minutes to figure it out ( I did watch a YouTube video before it arrived). I love the size (I got the 12 x 10). Works great for t shirts. It is a little heavy but I am happy with that. It is very stable and sturdy. I wouldn't want it to feel like it was flimsy and going to break when I shut it. The Swing Away arm is why I bought this one...I am quite accident prone and was worried about burning myself. I may purchase another one so my girlfriend make her own t-shirts while I take the time to make me some...LOL
