The shipping was super fast, I got it in 5 days (International shipping). The distiller meets all my expectations, it has excellent built quality, is easy to use, and makes really good-tasting pure water. The only thing which could be improved is to provide a better user manual...not because of how to use it, but how to clean it properly and how frequently...

High quality convenient distiller, everything works just fine. It takes around 3:30h to make the whole gallon. No cons so far :)
