Great value. I'm not very experienced,.but these cut nicely, as well.as the ones that came.with my lathe. I'm optimistic that these will need less sharpening as I'm turning. They don't seem to leave as smooth a finish as my traditional HSS chisels and I haven't had to sharpen them yet, but I'm thinking a few locks with diamond lapping stick should do it. They seem nicely made and I'm cautiously optimistic.

Got the 4pc Carbide set before Christmas, the overall quality is quite good. The gouge seemed a bit dull compared to the other 3 tools, I honed the carbide insert on my 600 grit diamond that seemed to make a difference. Would be nice if the handles were just a bit longer and heaver. Vevor should offer replacement carbide inserts as I would have ordered some extra at the same time as the purchase. For the price and quality, I would recommend this set.

Très bon produit qui permet de réaliser du travail avec précision et finition surtout sur les petits objets a réaliser au tour vraiment différent des outils classiques!

Put these chisels to the test and found them very good. The carbide tips are very sharp and handled both very hard wood as well as resin turnings. I like the long handles as they suit my stance at the lathe. The price fit my budget also.

eigentlich fast fünf Sterne, die Verarbeitung ist jedoch nicht ganz so gut (rauer Griff) aber für das Geld kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Die Klingen sind scharf und halten auch ganz gut durch. Mir ist der Griff zu kurz und zu dünn.
