skyvet 4 springs are better than 1
There was a small issue of damage when it shipped and their CS responded very quickly and took care of the issue. Have used the single spring in the past and feel that the four spring is smoother and does a better job. Love how easily the wheels are able to be used to move it and how easy it is to move around. I even like the color!

This is a 5 star review, not because the product has the durability or quality of a similar tool at 3 times the price but because of the way VEVOR responds to customer service. They respond quickly to issues, they listen to the problems, pictures, videos and comments. Then they resolve them quickly. THIS IS RARE NOW DAYS!
So yes, give me a adequate and good quality tool at a reasonable price and I'm a loyal customer.
