Customer Reviews for VEVOR 6 Bars Towel Warmer Rack, Wall Mounted Heated Towel Rack for Bathroom, IPX5 Waterpoof Towel Heater Rack with Timer & LED Display Screen, 5 Levels Adjustable Temperature Towel Heater, Silver

Very satisfied with the product. On par with some of the €600 models I viewed in store. Intuitive controls. The only minor complaint I have is the unremovable logo, the removal of which would require a fresh coat of paint.

Does a nice job of heating towels and goes up to 70 degrees F on a timer up to 8 hours. Can probably fit two towels but one seems to be ideal for the best results.

Good quality good build. Gets 148 degrees quick. Looks nice. But the towels kinda hang away from the other bars

This is a great product and my wife loves it! Easy to install and looks great. * The menu should be changer to just levels 1-5 vs temperature. The temperature is Celsius only because it only has a two number screen being in the US we use Fahrenheit versus Celsius. The full logo at the top of the unit cheapens its look and feel and value. Happy to have the VEVOR but the tag line “ tough tools, half price” cheapens the looking fail of this unit immensely. *

Didn't get it delivered to the door as promised, CTT Express had given up on delivering it. So I had to pick it up in Las Atalayas. I don't understand why you don't use these mailboxes that are everywhere here. There is one near me, "Super Brico". At least then I would have received my package right away. Unfortunately I won't order anything from you again due to poor delivery. They had both the correct address and phone number. Best regards Hjørdis Oskarsdottir

Perfecto buen diseño y fácil de montar

I wanted to upgrade our bathroom with this heated towel rack. It seems sturdy, nice powdercoated metal, I loved that the cord could be mounted on either the left or right lower post, and it has solid wall mount plugs. I would only give it 3 stars though because it only reached 53 deg Celsius (still plenty hot) even with temp adjustment versus the stated 70 deg Celcius, it foesnt offer fahrenheit, the mount screws that hold the rack to the wall are small and on the top of the posts versus the bottom (so it looks cleaner) and the wall anchors are pure garbage. Before you mount I recommend you get some high quality, collared (so it has a 'ring' around top of anchor with teeth) anchors that match the screws provided. I also didn't like the stickers and Vevor etched verbiage (which I used a sharpie pro to cover and it looks good/better as I couldnt remove with mineral spirits or other methods). I added a star because Vevor's customer service was responsive and considerate. I hope the rack lasts over time, but we shall see! Still a good value.
