I run a high volume catering operation and go through hotel pans at speed. The finish on these has put up with more abuse than I am used to, a few months in of heavy use and they are still shining with no signs of abuse.Very pleased with this purchase and hope to phase out all but these pans going forward in my kitchen.

Nice pans! The covers are great keeping in the heat or cold and the flavors ! Plenty of room for anything you can imagine. Desserts as well! Awesome serving pans for partys and holidays. Bring on Thanksgiving, family!
