Customer Reviews for VEVOR Bench Vise, 203 mm(8") Jaw Width, 203 mm(8") Max Jaw Opening Multipurpose Vise with 360°Swivel Locking Base, 94 mm(3.7") Throat Depth, Heavy Duty Ductile Iron Workbench Vise, Two-Way Jaws for Clamping Round Pipes

This vise is built to last. The construction feels very heavy-duty, and it easily handles larger materials. The two-way jaw system allows for versatility depending on your project, and the rotating base is great for getting to all angles. It’s definitely a worthwhile investment for anyone who needs a reliable vise.

I wasn’t sure if I needed a vise with a rotating base, but now I can’t imagine working without it. This vise is super versatile. I’ve used it for wood, metal, and pipework, and it handles them all perfectly. The build quality is excellent, and I can see this lasting for years to come.

I've always liked Vevor, bought many items and have been satisfied every time. Maybe this was a lemon or a bad batch. 1. I noticed immediately the magnetic pads are baby blue so they don't match the base. Not the matching orange ones in the photos. The blue clashes and makes it look ugly. 2. Only turns smoothly in one direction, so I turned it over and the base under the orange plate is covered with rust. Not just a couple specks. Covered. Maybe that's why it's not turning so smoothly. 3. The jaws weren't square, leaving a small gap on one side when closed. Other gripes: -The bolts they supplied are too short to make it through the base plate and 1.5" lumber, so I'll have to buy longer ones (2.5" minimum, 3" for some headroom) -They didn't include washers to go between the screws and base plate. I did exchange for another, which has a barely noticeable gap, and turns better. Still an issue with rust and those awful blue pads though. Such an eyesore! That said, it looks solid and will meet most of my needs at this price. I hit the rusty base with penetrating oil and called it a day.

Too small for intended use.

This truck hitch mount vice is pure trash. It will not lock in at pinch teeth. Pinch point is built into hitch mount shaft. Don't waist the money because vevor has not refunded or accepted responsibility for the failure.

I have many Vevor tools now and I have come to expect pretty good quality when ordering. This vise however was a disappointment. The slide is very sloppy moving from side to side almost 1/2". The crank has a fairly stiff sting preloading it so that it is difficult to open or close the vise by very much. This is more what I would expect from a cheap Harbor Freight unit.

Looks nice. It is a vise only from a distance, worth nothing. The threaded spindle rotates direcly in the threads formed in the casting. No bronze bushing at all ! Nothing. Wall tickness is so thin, that no way you can develop it up for a basic level of vise. If you ever disassemble an old vise, you know what i mean. It is a pity, that for the same money, there are a lot of old vises for sale. Choose an old used one instead.
