UNHAPPY Sink showed up damaged

I bought the sink and it was delivered while I was working out of town. when I opened the box and started to get everything out, I noticed on the top edge that the rim was broken in 2 spots. I have tried to file a claim with pictures and used the chat line and was even given a ticket number but was told my claim ticket was canceled due to no cooperation from me. I have not received an email, phone call or anything for me to follow up on and I have not heard a word back. I spent good hard-earned money and still have had no contact with anyone with Vevor on how to send the damaged sink back and get a replacement. it has been almost 3 months since I filed a claim. Before this I have been very happy with VEVOR products.
