Es ist gut verpackt angekommen. Schlecht ist das keine deusche Bedinunganleitung bei liegt.

Works as it should great machine, not that great of a interface but manageable. Had a alot more plumbing then the Kholer it replaced, but not the end of the world. The biggest down fall is the fill float/valve. It opens and shuts so hard and fast it causes extreme water Hammer. Ive added two water hammer arrestors on each side of the line and it is tolerable now but still not great for it or the plumbing. The kholer previous version had a little more deadpan on open and shut and some sort of damping to slow the shut so it was unnoticed.

This company is impossible to to get good customer service service from no one know which way is up ! I can buy from lows for less thses products where my arizona tpt tax exemption thst vevor refuses to accept works just fine

Very disappointed with this company's customer service, I have been dealing with them for almost 2 weeks now to get the unit running. Had no power, they suggested changing the fuse, which I did and still did not run. Still waiting 5 days later to hear back on what to do next. I want to send it back and they will not provide a return addres.. Will never buy from this company again.

No conseguimos arrancar el generador de vapor, no llega señal eléctrica al sensor controlador de la temperatura. Se enciende un piloto rojo parpadeante en la placa de circuito pero no arranca el sistema. Ruego ayuda.

NãO PUDE TESTAR O APARELHO, PORQUE OS ACESSÓRIOS NÃO TRAZIAM O CABO DE LIGAÇÃO À CORRENTE ELÉCTRICA. INACREDITÁVEL!!!!
