I bought two of these steam generators, but had a problem with one. The staff of Happybuy was very helpful and resolved the problem by sending me replacement parts. Five stars for their excellent customer service. Now both steamers are working well - a good value for the money!

Generator works very well. Try and install in an area where you have plenty of working room. Hooking up plumbing and electrical in cramped spaces is not fun. The unit does not appear to be CSA approved so getting a licensed electrician to hook it up in Canada may be a problem. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

Funziona bene ed facile da montare. Esteticamente non il massimo.Il prezzo un affare, anche se bisogna vedere effettivamente quanto durer.

Installed it a day ago in my shower cubicle. Superb addition to a shower. Takes about 15 mins to get upto a nice temp and maybe a further 15 mins to get upto say 45 deg C. Max 55Deg C.

Fantastico e funzionale solo che per utilizzarlo con la potenza classica di una abitazione (circa 3kw) assicuratevi di spengere tutte le luci e gli altri apparecchi elettrici, scatta il contatore per eccesso di assorbimento. Per andare in _auna bastano 25/30 min

Spartano ma soddisfacente in rapporto al prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi cerca un po di relax senza spendere molto.
