Customer Reviews for VEVOR Workbench Adjustable Height, 122cm W X 51cm D X 104cm H Garage Table w/ 79 – 104 cm Heights & 720KG Capacity, with Power Outlets & Hardwood Top & Metal Frame & Swivel Casters, for Office Home

I would have given this bench a five star rating for every category. Unfortunately, the benchtop arrived with a damaged corner. It was obvious that the damage occurred at manufacture and not during shipping. The damage did not affect then function of the bench but would not , or should not, have been shipped if inspected prior to distribution. I also had questions concerning additional hardware that was provided. Set up was guided by a set of directions with more pictures than words. I prefer, at least, some verbal directions. A second issue concerns customer service. When I reported the damage, I first had to deal with the AI customer service application, which was annoying. I then got to "real time chat" with a human customer service representative, who had some difficulty with my inquiry. By the third time around, different representative, the issue was resolved. Before retiring, I worked as a ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and I found these issues unacceptable. I kept the bench and it is performing well and I need another bench. I like the design of the product and I believe it is a good value. But, because of the problems I experienced, I question purchasing this, or other products, from VEVOR.

Nice work bench. Small dents on arrival but Customer service was Quick to solve the issue.

Great bench, easy assemble, sturdy!!

This is a decent, light-duty work table. It was very easy to set up and everything perfectly aligned. The top is attached with quite short screws so that has me a little concerned. The legs wobble a bit no matter how much I tighten the bolts. I wish the top was thicker. But for the price it is a decent work bench.

Decent little work table, not stupid sturdy but does the job for lighter weight bench repairs.
