Package arrived undamaged but the tabletop has several cracks running the full surface length and thru to bottom. Contacted customer service for refund/replacement solution and have no resolution after 5+ days despite a promise of resolution within 48 hours. No phone customer service options, all replies and inquiries have not resulted in contact or resolution of replacing damaged products. Highly disappointed in the lack of response.

This company and products are a joke. Do not order anything from this garbage company. I got 5 out of 6 legs for this bench. I asked to get shipped a replacement leg. I was asked 3 different times to take pictures. OF WHAT. … A LEG I DIDNT GET!?!!? Finally said fuck it. I will never order anything from this bullshit company again.

Ive been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks and keep getting the run around. Have caution when buying as they dont refund or respond well.

This thing is a flimsy junk table with two thin table tops 36x24 sorta half way connected with a leg in the middle, skip this and buy something more robust.
