Simple powerhouse of a press. This arbor press is maybe overkill but when you need the extra power you’ll have it. Extra height and throat depth are nice to have as well. Sits solid on the bench but needs to be bolted down for sure.

KY Mike For When You Have to Press the Point

The Vevor 1 tonArbor Press is a great tool for many jobs. I purchased this mostly for use with my Scouting America troop and their crafting merit badges. Leatherwork plate designs pressed in much easier and with little effort. Pressing larger holes into the leather was a breeze.
I also like it for pressing small bearings in and out.
It is a very good tool and deceptively powerful.
