It is horrible! I even got a 12 gauge extension cord. It won't heat up long enough to make the pins stick. My friends yellow pin gun works great. I can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. They want videos of it not working right, which i can't send for some reason. I just want this thing fixed or replaced.

Amarex cannot be avoided and they completely stuffed the delivery. Tracking vanished after they picked up the parcel 3 times! Parcel did not arrive! After weeks of stuffing around, a refund was given by Vevor but no answer about reordering at same price or the cause of the problem. Vevor are welded to Amarex so the only answer seems to be "do not buy from Vevor". A sad end top what, up until now, seemed a good service. Forums are full of the same stories. The rule is, if in doubt, stay out.
