I have a Vevor gate opener and the original fobs worked but I wanted to buy a few more and bought some generic ones that I could not get to pair and work so I paid a bit more and bought two from Vevor which are supposed to be the correct frequency and work but I can’t get it to pair and I am following their instruction and it recognizes the fob but doesn’t work

I Never received the product, I have bought a lot of products from Vevor and for some reason this got lost in the mail. I just waited for a while. well it has been in the mail room since May 6th 2026. It has been a month and no one contacted me. I wasn't in a rush to get it but now that I need it it would be nice to get my money back if I am not going to receive it.

Nous avons pris des télécommandes supplémentaires parce que nous n’avons besoin, sauf que celles-ci sont indisponibles et nous avons été remboursés, si nous avons pris les télécommandes, c’est que nous avions besoin, j’ai besoin d’une solution palliatif à celle-ci. Le remboursement certes va être fait mais j’ai besoin de cette télécommande. Comment fait-on ? Y a-t-il une autre façon d’avoir un logiciel pour faire fonctionner Portail nous sommes six à la maison et nous avons plus que quatre télécommandes le trois télécommande qui reste, et nous sommes bien embêtés. Si vous avez un système wi-fi, j’aimerais bien savoir le fonctionnement et le tarif me retourner celui-ci à vos frais.
