How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

I had 2 questions when received level. Is internal rattle normal and what is the compensator lockout for and how does it work as instructions limited. Got a response that said they needed pictures and video. Had sent video of rattle with first request. Sent picture of compensator. After 10 days received this response: "Our technical staff has responded: It is very normal for the compensator to operate and make noise when it moves. The protector is a self-checking device; press it, and you can see if the compensator is working". Limited response but answered questions.
Used the level for a patio stone project to level the patio. Worked very good.
