Beyond expectation. Arrived super fast, look amazing. Exactly as pictured! The quality and functionality of this vise is noticeably better. It holds great. I needed something to hold resin molded items while I drill a small hole for a chain and this works perfect.

The plastic base that holds the spare parts and pins is crushed in front and not usuable for holding some parts. Can I get a replacement for just that piece, or do I have to return the whole thing?

Works great!!... After taking it apart and cleaning all the packing grease off then apply a thin layer of machine oil.... Well worth the price D. Touchet

It's sturdy and moves well. Just sits in a nylon ring, and doesn't attach to anything... But hey... It's $100 bucks. The leather pads are off a bit and will need replacing sooner than later. For the money though... It's a fine first vise for a beginner or a handy person like me that can fashion a better seat for it. But if you had more money to buy the better one... You wouldn't be reading this.... Right?

Only learning to use it, but so far, this little ball vice is a dream come true! I_ thrilled to have found an affordable version. It moves smoothly and is easy to grasp and hold. A game changer in my learning curve.

Nice and heavy, brake adjusts very well and allows smooth turning. Good value for a beginner.
