The product and coustmer service were good. Item arived dammaged from carrier. Called vevor they replaced all pices, i sent them pictures. Just make sure you follow the directions for instalation, and if you hire someone make sure they read and follow the directions. This is not like other products, the membrane fur surves a purpose for waterproof.

The product worked well. I had to cut it down to fit. My application and worried about that. But it worked fine. The material was then a bit loose but the thin set layer down on it and adhered well.

Vevor uses Purolator and they continue to disappoint. BS excuses and nobody to talk to. I will use Vevor sparingly because of this. I have no issues with their products so far but the delays cost me money.

Product seems sturdy but does not come sloped to fit with their shower base. Either has to be cut or shimmed to fit. Did not come with any additional membrane. Should at least have prefab corner membranes.
