How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Todd Schild Late
I ordered this because it said I can get it as early as tomorrow. A week later it shows up. In the interim, I had to purchase one for 1100.00.
And return is to costly

customer service
customer service is absolute garbage. unless you want to wait 72 hours for someone to be contacted. drill was not variable speed as described and want to return. depending on how many more hoops to jump through i may just toss the drill in the garbage.
