In my opinion: The product works well, but instructions and the video was not as helpful as it could be. The only way to reach customer support/service on the phone is leave a message. Other online options-I didn’t feel at that time would fit my specific need. They say they will call on their phone message but for me, I only got an email that felt canned, non human, and unhelpful. I think for the price they are the best ones for beginners and have been pleased once we figured out how to operate the multi size one by watching you tube and doing research. My major concern in my opinion is the non personal customer service, should I ever need to try to contact them again. I did not feel valued as a consumer nor did I receive the answer I called about.

Ha tardado , más de la cuenta porque en un principio decia que el envío era desde España y tardaba 48horas. Al final no fue así, vino de fuera de España y ha tardado una semana. Por lo demás todo perfecto y muy contento con lo recibido y ya dando ido a la máquina.

Einfache aber gute Maschine mit verschiedenen Größen einfach toll. Für die großen Buttons braucht man doch ein bisschen Kraft hier ist der Hebel vielleicht doch ein wenig zu klein. Aber wenn man will geht das auch

Easy to use and works well! Button quality is 4/5, with the pinbacks being a little wobbly, but only a few duds were made in the whole process! Worth the price
