The handle is made of plastic. It eventually broke due to the force applied to press the pins. I had it for about 5 months and made a normal amount of pins. I am also a weakling so it’s not like my strength made it snap ha!

Good and easy to use, but I’ve only used it a few times. A small crack first appeared on the handle, then it spread under the area where the spring is. Eventually, it became so large that the product gave way completely. The pin/button is made of plastic, which feels weak and may have contributed to the problem.

Not working properly. 1 badge sometime consume more than 5 transparent sheets and it slip few times while pressing.

My daughter’s machine came in broken. She opened it on Christmas to find it broken. Couldn’t get another shipped because they were all sold out. Had to be back to step 1, with no button machine. Check y’all machines. Hopefully, it doesn’t come shipped like my daughters did.

The minute I pulled it out of the box a piece of plastic broke off from the inner mechanics. The piece that broke off was a vital part to allow the machine to work. It’s unusable. I packed it up and messaged to return it and get a refund. They offered a 20 bucks compensation. It’s garbage, I should get the full refund if they don’t want me to send it back. I work with button makers as a part of my job. This was the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The plastic was so cheap compared to other plastic button makers. Incredibly disappointed. This design is very cute, I love holiday themed items- so I was looking forward to this one… but this is just sad.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She made few pins and the machine started to get stuck after making the badge.

This is one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had!! The button maker is made from very cheap, thin plastic and it arrived with a huge crack down the side and a broken handle - I never even got to try it out because it arrived in awful condition. It took over a week to get the company to send a return label and there were several days between their responses (after originally offering a 30% refund and telling me to just get it serviced) and after I sent the item back, they closed the customer service chat, called it resolved, and never gave me the refund that they promised. I am beyond disappointed and I would highly recommend getting a button maker from literally any other brand. Don’t waste your money!!

I purchased this product after great reviews. I was sent a product that did not work. I reached out to support and after a week was informed that i still needed to wait longer for support on a product that was broken upon arrival. I tried to return it and was unable to and only was offered a partial refund. I am out half my order price and have a piece of garbage taking up space. Do not buy this.
