Hello, I have received my VEVOR 58mm button press and the 58mm magnetic badge components. I understand that I need a black plastic washer/spacer for the second pressing step when using the magnetic back. However, I did not receive this washer with my machine. On sent qu'elle est un peu fragile. En plus les pièces pour faire les badges livrés avec ne sont pas super, il vaut mieux en acheter d'autres...les badges se pressent mieux avec d'autres consommables achetés ailleurs. Un an après j'ai une pièce cassée..et cela fait 10 jours que j'attends qu'on me donne une solution pour que la remplace.. apparemment ma demande simple est trop compliquée pour vevor...peut être vaut il mieux mettre un peu plus cher dans une badgeuse finalement....

Extrêmement déçu, le bien reçu ne correspond pas au bien commandé. Malgré une demande immédiate de renvoi du bien reçu et la demande de livraison de celui commandé, aucune réponse 3 jours après la demande. Cela est inadmissible et non professionnel.

This is the second time I have tried this product and the first time one didn’t work, now the second one 58” is not working and there is NO instruction on how to adjust the gages, so at this point I just want my money back
