Concernant les badges : les attaches en plastique ne tiennent absolument pas, c’est très décevant. En revanche, les attaches en métal sont parfaites et le rendu est très bien. Attention au contenu du carton : heureusement que j’avais commandé un lot de badges supplémentaires, car le joint noir (nécessaire dans le fond de la machine pour fixer les deux parties ensemble) était absent de la boîte de la machine ! J’en ai heureusement trouvé deux dans le lot de recharge. Au final, la machine fonctionne très bien avec le joint et les pièces en métal, mais attention aux oublis dans l’emballage et évitez le plastique.

Awesome Kit. Ready for immediate use. I really like the plastic backs better. I have made three perfect pins already. Highly recommend. Okay to do the metal back there is supplied a ring you have to put in and then yet again perfect results with thin paper.

The 25 mm button isn’t closing properly on the left-hand side. Some buttons close perfectly, while others don’t, even though I’m following exactly the same process every time. I’ve watched numerous videos online trying to work out what might be causing the problem, but I still haven’t been able to identify the issue. Could you please help me figure out what’s causing this and how to fix it? The cutters that come with the machine are terrible. They’re not set to the correct height—the guide ring sits higher than the blade, which makes it virtually impossible to cut properly. The only cutter that has an adjustable height is the 70 mm one. However, it’s almost impossible to loosen the screw to make the adjustment because it requires a very small, specialised screwdriver, which I definitely don’t have.
