Good and easy to use, but I’ve only used it a few times. A small crack first appeared on the handle, then it spread under the area where the spring is. Eventually, it became so large that the product gave way completely. The pin/button is made of plastic, which feels weak and may have contributed to the problem.

Not working properly. 1 badge sometime consume more than 5 transparent sheets and it slip few times while pressing.

Unit broke within a week of using it 4 times. Got full refund without asking. Great customer service.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She made few pins and the machine started to get stuck after making the badge.

This is one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had!! The button maker is made from very cheap, thin plastic and it arrived with a huge crack down the side and a broken handle - I never even got to try it out because it arrived in awful condition. It took over a week to get the company to send a return label and there were several days between their responses (after originally offering a 30% refund and telling me to just get it serviced) and after I sent the item back, they closed the customer service chat, called it resolved, and never gave me the refund that they promised. I am beyond disappointed and I would highly recommend getting a button maker from literally any other brand. Don’t waste your money!!

I purchased this product after great reviews. I was sent a product that did not work. I reached out to support and after a week was informed that i still needed to wait longer for support on a product that was broken upon arrival. I tried to return it and was unable to and only was offered a partial refund. I am out half my order price and have a piece of garbage taking up space. Do not buy this.

Wat ik kwijtwil: het aankopen van dit item loopt gesmeerd. Als je echter na aankoop nog vragen hebt, blijft het vooral stil. Je kan een vraag indienen, maar op een antwoord wacht ik nog altijd. Er wordt promo gemaakt over spiegels die je kan gebruiken. Waar ze te koop zijn? Ik weet het nog steeds niet. Nergens te vinden binnen de formaten van de aangekochte machine. Ik zou dus niet meer voor vevor kiezen. Er zijn andere, klantvriendelijke merken. Het aantal sterren hierboven is irrelevant voor mijn vraag. Klantenservice mag dus toegevoegd worden aan het lijstje. Zo kan de evaluatie correct gebeuren.
