The delivery was on time! Quite surprising if you consider it's Christmas time. The instructions manual should include bigger and clearer pictures though. It took us some time to assemble. It was great fun with our students. They enjoyed both the taste and the procedure.

Delivery came quick the only thing the drawer is different from the website you cannot put sticks in the drawer because it has three compartments on the website is a total different draw so be careful you cannot put the candy floss sticks in it not happy

Purtroppo dopo un mese e mezzo non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ordine per un problema di spedizione , quindi sia io che il venditore abbiamo subito dei disagi ma esso ha risolto il tutto in maniera eccellente, si è messo a disposizione per risolvere il problema . Dopo 4 gg lavorativi ho ricevuto il bonifico della somma versata per l’acquisto .

I liked it because it's easy to clean and also it gets really fluffy. Only downside is the temperature varies

Purchased this for home use and parties. I have only used it once so far because I had to order a dome. The cotton candy flies all over so you really need a dome which is sold separately !!! Its fun to use and the cotton is yummy!! But messy without the dome!!

Easy to put together, first use was kind of wild (instructions weren_ too clear) but all in all great machine
