Was told they would refund, Not yet.
Also told me to re-order so I can’t rate the product.

Took hours to put together. Windows turn green if any sunlight. Looks nice when u finally get it going. Just a lot of work to put together and when u frail the drain is so high u can't get last 4 plus inches out u will need a submersible pump

Holds water fine. Have had for 2 weeks and the poles have surface rust which I kind of expected but the clear front is already really blurry and doesn’t clean off

Had a hard time getting the metal poles thru the top of the liner found out half way thru that if you put a wooden broom handle in first it's much easier

Great price! Was replacing a 20-year old Pearls of Paradise quarantine tank. This material is considerably thinner, so doubtful it will last as long. The drain port having a built-in valve was nice. The lack of threads and non-standard slip joint on the inside of the drain port bulkhead made it challenging to install a submersible pump inside, and required some "creative adaptation." The net that came with it was worthless - not wide enough for the tank and the large mesh would risk that fish could jump and get tangled in it. Had to buy one separately. All-in-all, with some effort, it gets the job done.
