la machine fonctionne tres bien ( 1 jour d utilisation ) , mais .... au montage des divers element je me suis apercu de pas mal de defaults de conception : vis trop longue donc pas vissé a fond a l intérieur de la machine , décors du fond avec tissu monté a l envers , serrure de porte montée de travers , et pour finir : une vis impossible a mettre pour fixer la console car le trou est trop petit . et pour finir notice de configuration uniquement en anglais . Bref j accorde que 3 etoiles pour cet achat .

Hi, i recieved the item. But it had problems with receiving the coins. The machine doesnt read the coins and spits then out again. Help! Now I am forced to play in free mode

The claw machine music is very loud . Every time you turn off the machine and turn it back on again later, the music will play very loudly. Would be a 5 star if the music wasn’t so loud.

Product didn't come with directions. Had to youtube for directions and connections. No samples provided to test.

I was excited to get this and honestly wanted to like it because the overall build quality seems pretty solid. But once I started installing it, I ran into problems that I couldn’t work around. I have an engineering background and tried multiple fixes before giving up, so I don’t think this was just user error. The control panel seems to have sizing issues, and the partition board dimensions are off, so the parts don’t fit the way they’re supposed to and I was unable to screw in the pieces. It’s pretty disappointing because outside of that, it seems well made. I’ve already sent a support ticket to VEVOR and am currently waiting to hear back from them. I’ll update this review as things progress.

Goede afhandeling van beschadigde machine. Geld terug en zelf in container gegooid. Geen grijper om cadeau te geven maar wel goed geregeld. Zou toch ander bedrijf kiezen om te leveren. Geen gsl. Was duidelijk van vrachtwagen gevallen en schuiven de schuld op jullie.

The machine arrived with a defective male-female part which means the machine won't work. The instructions are terrible. They refer you to a video that goes through what you are supposed to do but when it comes to the part about connecting the three male-female parts that have to be snapped together there is no explanation. One of my three male-female parts is defective and "technical support" is no help in solving the problem. I am demanding a refund if they cant solve the problem since they claim to have a 30 day return policy.
