Maschine wurde schnell geliefert, Aufbau war recht einfach, leider zu viele scharfe Kanten, Danuta werden nicht immer automatisch gedreht, könnte besser beschrieben und verarbeitet werden

Bought product it was broken. Returned and never got my money back... no photo all ready sent back

Save your money. This machine is horrible….donuts are misshaped, flippers will not flip donuts, oil paddle actually sucks the donuts under it and around it versus push the donuts away l. The batter will stack on top of one another if not paying close attention. When attaching the hopper the bottom plugs do not line up correctly with the hopper plunger so you will need to bend them to line up correctly. Over all this machine is junk…..

I purchased this mini donut machine for my business and got the 1 year protection plan added on. The donut machine came missing parts and wasn’t properly assembled. The donuts came out more like funnel cakes on the first try. The manual is not clear and very difficult to follow. The dubbed video tutorials are also hard to follow. After taking apart the machine like in the trouble shooting video the rotator wheel stopped working despite not touching it at all. I got the protection plan and have opened 3 support tickets with Vevor. Each ticket is closed prematurely and I have to start the process over again. All I want is a replacement machine & to return the current machine!

This thing is terrible! Their old model worked great, this one is extremely poor quality. Donuts come out weird and mishaped. The plunger pieces don't fit onto the motor arms without having to use pliers to bend it to get them in the holes. The paddle in the back that's supposed to move the donuts forward instead pulls the donuts towards the paddle, so constant attention is required or the donuts will get sucked into the paddle. The controls are basically everything on or everything off, the previous model you could control the flippers, the dropper, and the heat separately. Just save the money and find a different model. This thing is a headache.

I can't really tell you much, the unit came with an open carton and pieces missing. Vevor was unable to get the replacement parts or tell me who the manufacture was so I could get them from them. Vevor eventually refunded my purchase price and told me to keep the machine, the machine is useless without the parts and I haven't been able to find a source even though this same unit is sold under several labels. This is the kind of equipment that will probably require service or repair at some point. Before you buy anything like this check to see if parts and service are available or you will be S.O.L. the day something breaks.

Isn't I was looking for something more easy to use but is hard to use it

This is the worst machine, it arrived to me damaged and missing parts. The overall design is horrible, the mix cooks in the hopper right over the hot oil. Hopper is very difficult to remove especially when it is hot. After several conversations with them via email (no way to call anyone) they offered to refund less than half the cost of the machine and I keep it. I wanted a full refund, the only other thing they offered was a new machine, which I do not want, not this model atleast. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

I was hoping for another dount machine to go with My T101 single roll donut machine and found this one but I was very disappointed as the machine did not work as sould ,unfortunately they would not return it and offered partial refund now with the machine with me , I have already got another single roll machine and very happy with it. , vevor has many good products I've purchased from Amazon and this is the first one I have had a problem. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.
